We invite an Employee Lifecycle Administration Lead to join us on the journey.

Your role:
 
Employee Lifecycle & Administration:
  • Drive the improvement and development of group-wide Employee Lifecycle processes (aka HR administration, including but not limited to joiner/mover/leaver administration; payroll; benefits; travel, etc.);
  • Lead implementation of cutting-edge Employee Lifecycle global practice for best Employee Experience and process efficiency;
  • Actively work with business stakeholders to understand business needs.
People Leader:
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports, HR admin and payroll professionals;
  • Act as a matrix co-manager inside the Group Service Centre for other allocated HR functions.
HR Systems:
  • As the process owner drive implementation of the most effective HR software solutions;
  • Think “automated back-end + friendly Employee experience” and adopt tools to make this happen.
We expect:
 
  • You are HR Admin professional, experienced in People operations at SSC scale;
  • You are natural People leader and Employee Experience Ambassador;
  • You have a proven track-record of streamlining HR processes and making a difference;
  • You have internal drive to rise to business challenges and provide solutions based on available information and best practice;
  • You have the ability to make complex things easy to understand;
  • You are a self-driven, solution-oriented and curious.
