Regarding information released in the media
On 8 May, 2017 it was publicly released in the media that the Company should receive a compensation which, according to the media, was paid to Lithuania by French concern Alstom under the order of British court. We hereby inform that to this day the Company has not received any official information or payments related to the matter.
In accordance with the procedure prescribed by legal acts, the Company will immediately release public announcement on any related actions or received information which would have significant impact on the Company’s results, if any of this occur.

The service for tertiary power reserve has been tested
The 7th unit of the reserve power plant owned by Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba (LEG) was activated for the test launch upon the order of the electricity transmission system operator Litgrid at midnight on 6th of January. It has been ensuring the tertiary active power reserve service in production since 1 January 2017 by using fuel oil as the main fuel.

Member of the Board of Lietuvos energijos gamyba has been elected
Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba informs that on 6 January, 2017 Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a decision to elect Mr. Mindaugas Gražys as Member of the Board of the Company starting from today until the end of the term of office of the present Board.
M. Gražys will be in charge of business development in the Company’s Board. He will be responsible for the formation of  sales strategy and strategy for maintaining long-term relations with customers. He will also present and coordinate decisions regarding the increase off competitiveness of services provided by the Company, improving processes and increasing their efficiency.  
M. Gražys, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, has recently worked as a Sales Director at KG Constructions, UAB. Before that, he worked in Staticus Group for more than ten years, leading sales departments of the Group. In 2010-2014, M. Gražys managed Staticus Sverige, AB, holding the post of a member of the Board of the company.
